Luskin’s Towson Overlook Community Input Meeting

On December 13, 2023, the Luskins Property, AKA “Towson Overlook” project, held their first Community Input Meeting (CIM). At the meeting, they proposed a 600-unit apartment complex made up of two five-story buildings and two parking garages that could accommodate 1,020 vehicles. The representatives of the project could not answer all of the communities’ questions, which mandates a second meeting.

On October 31, 2024, the Association received notification of the second CIM, to be held on November 19, 2024, at 7 pm at the Towson United Methodist Church. The revised plan scales back the number of units from 600 to 250 split over three buildings and removes the parking garages in favor of open surface lot parking. The new plan also calls for a mixed-use development. We have included a copy of the notification letter and a picture of the revised drawings.

We encourage all who want to learn more about this project and the effects it may have on our community to attend.

Thank you for your support.
